Our Exercise Physiologists
Hi guys, I'm Amy and I am an Exercise Physiologist. I love working with individuals living with chronic conditions and illnesses to meet their fitness and lifestyle goals. I have a particular interest in neurological conditions, mental health and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. I also run specific small group exercise classes; one of which focuses on Osteoporosis, and the other being falls prevention/general strengthening.
Having a sporting background has also given me a passion for strength & conditioning for grassroots athletes aspiring to improve their performance.
When I am not at work, you can find me either cycling around the region, sweating up a storm at CrossFit or trying not to get lost running the local trails.
Hi my name is Shane and I'm an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. I’ve been in Tamworth going on 5 years now since graduating from UNE in 2017. I enjoy working with all types of chronic health conditions and musculoskeletal rehab, helping people work towards their respective goals.
I have particular interests in exercise for Prostate cancer and Diabetes (type 1 or type 2).
Outside of work you’ll find me keeping active whether it be in the gym or out playing most sports in particular golf these days.
