Pro-Active Solutions For Physiotherapy
Our staff consist of a team of experienced and professional therapists, practising in physiotherapy, pelvic health physiotherapy and exercise physiology.
We work with people of all ages to treat a broad range of health conditions, including sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions as well as chronic health conditions.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Pelvic health physiotherapy has a focus on anything related to the pelvis, in both men and women. This includes urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pre- and post-natal physiotherapy.
We specialise in assessing, planning, programming and delivering exercise interventions for rehabilitation, improvements in health, well-being and performance.
Pilates is a full-body workout which promotes strength and balanced muscle development. Group mat classes are currently at our Gunnedah clinic on Monday and Fridays at 9.30am.
The Normatec 2.0 uses dynamic air compression to create a restorative massage that increases circulation, reduces pain and soreness, and helps you feel refreshed faster.
Our staff have a wealth of experience and specialties from areas of women's health to specific sports. So, whatever your stage in life or your fitness level, we can cater for your physiotherapy needs.Learn More About Us
