Exercise Physiology

Our Exercise Physiologists (EPs) are university qualified allied health professionals who are experts in prescribing exercises and assisting in lifestyle modification to help achieve your goals for a variety of different health conditions.

We specialise in assessing, planning, programming and delivering exercise interventions for rehabilitation, improvements in health, well-being and performance.

We take more of a preventative/conservative approach to treating patients with the aim to instil long-lasting lifestyle, health and behaviour change. Our EPs can design exercise programs suited to you, your interests, and your health goals. This may include land-based exercise, water-based exercise or a mixture of the two.
